对乙肝病毒的消毒或灭菌方法已有许多作者介绍,但多基于经验数据或在爆发调查期中或其后所得的回顾性调查,因乙肝病毒不能在实验室繁殖,故很少见到直接感染的研究报告。唯一的动物模型是黑猩猩,但该动物少而贵,使得要收集到统计上可靠的资料特别困难。本文用直接接种黑猩猩的方法,研究戊二醛、乙醇及热力对人血浆中乙肝病毒的灭活作用。

In this paper, direct inoculation of chimpanzee method to study the glutaraldehyde, ethanol and heat on human plasma inactivation of hepatitis B virus.
