研究了牛骨肽预防骨质疏松的作用。摘除SD雌性大鼠双侧卵巢构建骨质疏松模型,灌胃给与生理盐水、牛骨肽,灌胃5周和11周时CT扫描观察骶骨、11周时扫描电镜和病理切片观察骨小梁并检测血液生化指标。CT扫描、扫描电镜及病理切片结果显示,牛骨肽100 mg/kg组大鼠骨密度比阴性对照组大鼠骨密度高。血液生化指标结果显示,牛骨肽100 mg/kg组大鼠与阴性对照组大鼠相比血钙含量明显高(p<0.05)、骨钙素含量低(p<0.05)、碱性磷酸酶酶活高(p<0.05)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶酶活高(p<0.05)。牛骨肽对去卵巢大鼠具有预防骨质疏松的作用。提示绝经女性服用含有牛骨肽的保健品可以预防和改善骨质疏松。
The effect of bovine peptide on prevention of osteoporosis was studied. Osteoporosis model was established by bilateral ovary removal in SD female rats. The rats were given gavage with normal saline and bovine bone peptide by gavage. The sacrum was observed by CT scan 5 weeks and 11 weeks after gavage. Scanning electron microscopy and pathological examination were performed at 11 weeks. And test blood biochemical indicators. CT scanning, scanning electron microscopy and biopsy results showed that the bovine bone mineral density in rats of 100 mg / kg group was higher than that of negative control group. The results of blood biochemical analysis showed that the serum calcium content of osteopeptide 100 mg / kg group was significantly higher than that of negative control group (p <0.05), osteocalcin content was low (p <0.05), alkaline phosphatase Enzyme activity was high (p <0.05), tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase activity was high (p <0.05).
