采用混料回归设计的方法对碱性自保护药芯焊丝配方进行了调整,获得了脱渣性优良的配方,并建立了药芯组成对脱渣率影响的数学模型。研究了自制和美国Lincoln公司的NR311几种自保护药芯焊丝药芯成分和熔渣微观结构及其脱渣性的关系。在不同的熔渣表面具有不同的微观结构,影响熔渣脱渣性的主要因素是决定着熔渣线胀系数和相变应力的白条状、白团状的方镁石,以及决定熔渣纵向拘束力的白球状、小块状方镁石。该研究对于指导碱性渣系配方设计具有重要意义。
