通过混凝土劈裂抗拉强度试验研究固化剂掺入快硬水泥混凝土对其新老界面粘结力性能的影响。结果表明:具有新老界面的混凝土道面强度比具有完整结构的混凝土道面强度有较大下降,只有其强度的44.1%;固化剂的掺入能显著提高快硬水泥混凝土新老界面的粘结力性能;两种固化剂掺入混凝土对其粘结力性能提高程度不同,混凝土中掺入SV-01固化剂作为抢修材料修补道面坑槽对其新老界面粘结力性能提高更为明显。
The splitting tensile strength test of concrete was used to study the influence of curing agent on the bond strength between old and new interface of HSC cement. The results show that the strength of concrete pavement with new-old interface is greatly reduced than the strength of concrete pavement with complete structure, only 44.1% of its strength. The incorporation of curing agent can significantly improve the adhesion of old and new interface of fast-hardening cement concrete The performance of the two curing agents into the concrete to improve the performance of their different adhesive properties of concrete mixed with SV-01 curing agent as a repair material to repair the surface of the pit of the new and old interface adhesion performance even more obvious.
