目的建立动物源食品中28种β2-受体激动剂药物的LC-MS/MS检测方法。方法待测样品中的β2-受体激动剂用0.2 mol/L乙酸钠(pH5.2)溶液提取,经固相萃取柱净化、浓缩、定容后采用液相色谱-串联质谱法在正离子模式下检测。结果该方法在2.5~25μg/L范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数r>0.996,在猪肉中,不同的添加水平下该方法的平均回收率范围在60.8%~116.6%,相对标准偏差为1.74%~18.47%;定量下限为0.500μg/kg。结论此方法灵敏度高、准确、重现性好,适用于猪肉中β2-受体激动剂残留量的检测。
Objective To establish a LC-MS / MS method for the determination of 28 β 2 -agonist drugs in animal-derived foods.
