新制定的全国中等卫校新教学计划、教学大纲的主要特点是:构筑了三级目标体系,即专业培养目标、课程目标、单元目标。教师在使用大纲时,还必须把单元目标分解为具体的课堂目标。但是,解剖课程理论性强、内容抽象,学生学起来晦涩难懂,教师讲起来枯燥乏味,使得教与学都遇到了很大的困难。能否找到一种行之有效的方法,调动学生的学习积极性,使学生学好这门课程,也是对授课教师在学识、能力、技巧诸方面的一种严峻考验。我们在多年的教学工作中,进行了大量的课程研讨工作,尝试用“达标教学法”组织教学,引起了学生的学习兴趣,
