With the rapid development of society and increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises have been focusing their efforts on cultivating high-skilled personnel as the main driving force for their progress. Therefore, using the theoretical knowledge of human resource management, we can research and explore the training mechanism for highly skilled personnel in enterprises and form an efficient mechanism to train highly skilled personnel. We can give full play to the professional skills and independent innovation ability of highly skilled personnel and effectively promote the sustainable development of enterprises .
