GB 1958-80规定,测量定向、定位误差时,允许采用模拟方法体现被测要素。在实测范围和所要求的范围内,二者间的误差值,可按正比例关系换算。显然,这里的条件是“用模拟方法体现被测要素”。据笔者所知,在实际测量中,人们往往忽略了这个条件。例如我国从奥地利引进的发动机生产线中,连杆件有一垂直度要求,如图所示。连杆孔深46,而我们实测为30,图纸要求0.030/100在测量时有人往往按正比例关系换算为0.009/30,而这种换算是毫无道理的。正确的做法是:查垂直度公差等级表(GB1184-
