开封朱仙镇木版年画兴于宋代,盛于明、清。据宋代孟元老《东京梦华录》载:“近岁节,市井皆印买门神、钟馗、桃板、桃符及财门钝驴、回头鹿马、天行贴子”是中国记载最早的民间木版年画。它题材丰富、造型古拙夸张、构图饱满、线条单纯、色彩浓重强烈,同时还在一定程度上反映了历史文化、风土人情的发展,为鲁迅先生所称道,是中国宝贵的文化遗产和艺术瑰宝。2006年,朱仙镇年画被入选首批国家级非物质文化遗产名录,朱仙镇木版年画为人们所了解、欣赏,收藏它的人开始多了起来,藏家收藏的重点是一些
