目的:分析芦山地震灾后72h内接诊伤员的致伤原因及伤病构成情况,为今后地震伤员救治提供参考。方法:采用国际疾病分类方法(ICD-10)对我院医疗队2013年4月20—22日救治的伤病员1113例,进行致伤原因及伤病构成情况统计分析。结果:致伤原因:被物体砸伤748例,占67.21%;摔伤及坠落伤282例,占25.34%;其他原因损伤83例,占7.45%。最多见的伤病情况为软组织损伤共664例,占59.65%;其次为各种骨折共267例,占23.99%;颅脑伤68例,占6.11%;腹部伤36例,占3.24%;烧伤、烫伤33例,占2.96%。结论:本次地震伤员主要损伤原因为被物体砸伤(建筑物垮塌)及跌倒/高处坠落;最多见伤病为软组织损伤,其次为各种骨折。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the cause of injury and the composition of the injuries during the 72 hours after the earthquake in Lushan, so as to provide reference for the treatment of earthquake casualties in the future. Methods: The ICD-10 was used to analyze the causes of injury and the composition of injuries in 1113 cases of patients treated by our medical team from April 20 to April 22, 2013 in our hospital. Results: The cause of injury: 748 cases were injured by objects, accounting for 67.21%; fall and fall injury 282 cases, accounting for 25.34%; other causes of injury in 83 cases, accounting for 7.45%. The most common injuries were 664 cases of soft tissue injury, accounting for 59.65%; followed by a total of 267 cases of various fractures, accounting for 23.99%; 68 cases of craniocerebral injury, accounting for 6.11%; 36 cases of abdominal injury, accounting for 3.24%; burns, Burns in 33 cases, accounting for 2.96%. CONCLUSIONS: The main causes of injury to the casualties in this quake were crushed objects (buildings collapsed) and falls / heights; the most common injuries were soft tissue injuries followed by various fractures.
