兰政办发[2016]102号2016年5月26日各县、区人民政府,市政府有关部门,各有关单位,兰州新区、高新区、经济区管委会:《兰州市企业欠薪预警报告和监管办法》已经2016年4月25日市政府第138次常务会议审议通过,现印发给你们,请遵照执行。兰州市企业欠薪预警报告和监管办法第一条为进一步贯彻省委、省政府《关于构建和谐劳动关系的实施意见》精神,切实维护劳动者合法权益。根据《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》,结合我市实际,制定本办法。第二条本办法旨在建立企业欠薪报告、预警和监管制度,进一步提升依法、妥善、及时处置企业欠薪事件的能力,减少因劳动纠纷引发的群体性事件对社会造成的负面影响。
