本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、统计分析法等研究方法,研究安康学院2009级11个院系的参加健美操锻炼的学生,了解学生对健美操的锻炼价值、学习动机、态度、兴趣等情感体验的现状,通过研究分析得出经常练习健美操对安康学院大学生心理健康产生的影响有:有助于排解不良情绪,消除心理障碍,治疗心理疾病;有助于培养审美意识;有助于形成坚强的意志品质;有助于提高表现力,增强自信心;有助于智力的发展,提高创新能力。
This paper studies the students participating in aerobics training in 11 departments of 2009 in Ankang College through literature, questionnaire and statistical analysis to understand the students’ value, motivation, attitude and interest in aerobics training. Through the research and analysis, it is concluded that the regular exercises aerobics affect the mental health of college students in Ankang University are: help to resolve bad emotions, eliminate psychological disorders, treatment of mental illness; help to cultivate aesthetic awareness; help The formation of a strong will of quality; help to improve the performance and enhance self-confidence; contribute to the development of intelligence, improve innovation.
