肝炎病毒对于人体的损害,早就认为不是只限于肝脏,而常可影响神经、胃肠功能及血象改变等。但是,病毒性肝炎患者发生再生障碍性贫血(以下简称再障),还是近十多年才被人们重视。Buanchon等1971年曾收集48例,其后又发现14例,至1974年该氏又报导1例,共报导63例。近年来急性病毒肝炎后并发再障(亦称肝炎—再障综合征—Syndrome of Hepatitis and Aplastic Anemia)的报导日益增多,
Hepatitis virus damage to the human body has long been considered not limited to the liver, and often can affect the nerves, gastrointestinal function and blood changes. However, the occurrence of aplastic anemia in patients with viral hepatitis (hereinafter referred to as aplastic anemia), or more than a decade has been taken seriously. In 1971, Buanchon et al.
