目的:研究以乙醇为溶剂从元宝枫叶中提取抑制脂肪酸合酶的多酚类物质的工艺条件。方法:采用L16(45)正交试验,以提取时间、温度、溶剂组成和固液比为考察因素,以多酚的提取率以及对脂肪酸合酶的抑制率为检测指标,经过综合加权评分后得到优化提取工艺。结果:优选的提取工艺是乙醇体积分数为60%,固液比1g∶30mL,在50°C条件下,搅拌提取1.5h。结论:多酚类物质对脂肪酸合酶有抑制作用,从元宝枫叶中提取的某些多酚类物质具有相对较强的抑制作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the extraction process of polyphenols inhibiting fatty acid synthase from the leaves of Maple Leaf with ethanol as solvent. Methods: L16 (45) orthogonal test was used to investigate the extraction time, temperature, solvent composition and solid-to-liquid ratio.
