随着房产登记制度的完善规范,在实际登记工作中,经常会碰到一些比较特殊的登记情况,现就举两例特例进行探讨。1判决合同无效后的“返还”登记某全民企业的房产,其中几套住宅房通过房改为职工办理了房产证,后经法院审理认为:这几套住宅房是该企业法人代表以权谋私,非法为自己亲属办理房改手续,依法裁定房改合同无效。我们根据《房屋登记办法》第81条的规定,撤销以上几套住宅房房产证,并公告以上几本房产证作废。现该企业根据法院裁定和相关决定,要求办理以上几套住宅
