本研究采用放射免疫分析法(RIA)对30例健康人,9例腮腺非肿瘤患者,13例腮腺良性肿瘤患者和16例腮腺恶性肿瘤患者血清、全唾液和腮腺液中癌胚抗原(CEA)进行了联检,并结合临床表现及病理诊断等进行综合分析。结果为:健康人血清CEA含量<9.45ng/ml.全唾液CEA含量<43.23ng/ml,腮腺液CEA含量<5.91ng/ml;腮腺良性肿瘤或非肿瘤患者血清、全唾液和患侧腮腺液中CEA含量升高,而健侧腮腺液中CEA含量不升高;如果全唾液、健侧腮腺液和患侧腮腺液中CEA含量升高,而血清中CEA含量不升高,则腮腺恶性肿瘤的可能性大;在考虑为恶性肿瘤的情况下,如5.91ng/ml<健侧腮腺液CEA含量<33.83ng/ml,5.91ng/ml<患侧腮腺液CEA含量<56.94ng/ml提示该肿瘤的分化程度较低。本方法简单,标本用量少,可重复采集,无痛、无损伤、病人易接受,值得推广应用。
