以往的工作已证实在大鼠DTPA所引起经胆道排泄的钚是来自沉积在肝脏里的钚,并且在给予DTPA后约4小时内大部分的DTPA已从尿中排出。为了阐明DTPA对肝钚作用的机制,本文应用负离子交换柱色层分析法来进行研究。实验动物为Sprague-Dawley雌性大鼠,其中三只(体重270±5克)在实验前一天晚餐禁食,于戍巴比妥麻醉下(腹腔注入36毫克/公斤)行胆道和膀胱插管术。然后经颈静脉注入NO_3〔Ca-~(14)CDTPA〕
Previous work has demonstrated that biliary excretion of plutonium from rat DTPA results from plutonium deposition in the liver and most of the DTPA has been excreted from the urine within about 4 hours of DTPA administration. In order to elucidate the mechanism of DTPA on liver plutonium, this article uses anion chromatography column chromatography to study. The experimental animals were Sprague-Dawley female rats, of which three (270 ± 5 g) were fasted for dinner on the day prior to the experiment and underwent biliary and bladder intubation under opioid anesthesia (intraperitoneal injection of 36 mg / kg) . Then injected into the jugular vein NO_3 〔Ca- ~ (14) CDTPA〕
