用通常的多次拉延法制造深锥形或方形零件,其工艺相当困难,不但使用的工装很多,而且制成的零件质量也较差。制造深锥形零件时,材料变薄15~20%,尺寸、形状不稳定,而且当S_o/D·100≥4%时,一般不能采用通常的深拉延。因为冲头与毛坯的接触区产生很大的冲击载荷,在拉延工序开始前的一瞬间,就可能引起材料破坏。制造深方形零件时,角部也不可避免地剧烈变薄,甚至达25%,同样可能引起材料的破坏,产生裂纹。
Using the usual multiple drawing process to make deep conical or square parts, the process is quite difficult, not only using a lot of tooling, but also making parts of inferior quality. When manufacturing deep conical parts, the material is thinned by 15-20% and the size and shape are not stable. When S_o / D · 100 ≥ 4%, generally deep drawing can not be used. Because the punch and the blank contact area have a large impact load, the drawing process in the moment before the start, it may cause material damage. When making a deep square part, the corner is also inevitably drastically thinned, even up to 25%, the same may cause the destruction of materials, cracks.
