冷冻机油和冷媒有着良好的相溶性因而广泛应用于制冷设备。测定冷冻机油中的冷媒浓度对详细了解冷媒循环而言是必要的,因为冷媒和冷冻机油的混合物影响循环性能、冷冻机油的润滑性和流动性。由于冷媒和冷冻机油的折射率有很大的不同,因此冷媒/冷冻机油混合物的折射率是显示冷媒在冷冻机油中浓度差别的一项特性。然而到目前为止,冷媒/冷冻机油混合物的折射率还没有公布充分的数据。本文中,激光位移传感器用于测定冷媒/冷冻机油混合物的折射率。折射率作为冷媒浓度的函数在受压条件下测定。这些数据将用于制冷系统中的原位传感器的开发。
Refrigeration oil and refrigerant has a good compatibility and therefore widely used in refrigeration equipment. Determining the refrigerant concentration in the refrigerating machine oil is necessary for a detailed understanding of the refrigerant cycle since the mixture of the refrigerant and the refrigerating machine oil affects the cycle performance, the lubricity and the fluidity of the refrigerating machine oil. Refractive index of refrigerant / freezer oil blends is a characteristic of the difference in concentration of the refrigerant in the refrigerating machine oil due to the vastly different refractive index of the refrigerant and freezer oils. However, to date, no sufficient data have been published on the refractive index of the refrigerant / freezer oil mixture. In this paper, a laser displacement sensor is used to determine the refractive index of a refrigerant / freezer oil mixture. The refractive index is measured under pressure as a function of refrigerant concentration. These data will be used for the development of in-situ sensors in refrigeration systems.
