本文对旋风炉内强旋转气流的紊流结构进行了理论和试验的研究,得出了紊流运动雷诺方程在强旋转气流下的近似解,并由此作出旋风炉内半自由射流的模型及紊流运动自模的结论。对所提出的物理模型、假定及理论计算进行了试验(?)核,得出了令人满意的结果。发现旋风炉内的紊流脉动绝对值比一般煤粉炉高近十倍,因而燃料在旋风炉内得到强烈的混合和燃烧。文中对不同几何结构的旋风炉进行了试验,发现出口喷咀对旋转气流的紊流运动起着决定性的作用。本文最后从紊流运动观点出发,分析了燃料在旋风炉内的燃烧过程。
In this paper, the turbulent structure of the cyclone in the cyclone furnace is studied theoretically and experimentally. The approximate solution of the turbulent kinetic Reynolds equation under strong whirling airflow is obtained, and the semi-free jet model in the cyclone furnace is obtained. In this paper, different geometry of the cyclone furnace was tested and found that the outlet nozzle on the turbulent turbulent airflow play a decisive role. In the end, from the view of turbulent motion, the combustion process of fuel in the cyclone furnace is analyzed.
