在现场混凝土质量控制过程中,最重要的指标是水灰比值。我们采用混凝土水灰比分析比重计法能迅速地测出普通混凝土拌合物的水灰比,方法简易可行,水灰比检验仅需要0.5公斤左右筛出的砂浆试样,用婆氏比重计测定,分析一个试样仅需15～20分钟。有利于现场混凝土试验人员或工程质量检查人员随时抽查拌和混凝土的水灰比是否符合混凝土配合比设计的水灰比,以便及时调整配料。
In the on-site concrete quality control process, the most important indicator is the water-cement ratio. We can use the concrete water-cement ratio analysis hydrometer method to quickly measure the water-cement ratio of the ordinary concrete mixture. The method is simple and feasible. The water-cement ratio test requires only about 0.5 kilograms of the sieved mortar sample, and the hydrometer is used to calculate the hydrometer. Determination, analysis of a sample takes only 15 to 20 minutes. It is beneficial for on-site concrete testers or construction quality inspectors to check at any time whether the water-cement ratio of the mix concrete meets the water-cement ratio of the concrete mix ratio design so that the ingredients can be adjusted in time.
