SA335P91和SA2 13T91材料具有良好的力学性能、耐高温性能、抗腐蚀性能以及抗蠕变性能 ,在工作环境比较恶劣的环境下完全能够保证设备的稳定运行 ,但该材料的焊接性能差 ,工艺要求难度大。针对其特点提出了合理的焊接工艺措施 ,并已将其应用于锅炉受热部件的制造中 ,产品运行可靠。
