根据中央和水利部党组部署,从5月份开始淮委“三严三实”专题教育全面启动,淮委党组坚持以上率下、示范带动,委党组书记带头讲“三严三实”专题党课,持续举办专题学习研讨,深入学习习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神,学习党章和党的纪律规定,紧密联系实际深学细照笃行,坚决查找解决“不严不实”问题。加强对全委各级党组织的督促指导,宣传报道“三严三实”专题教育进展成效,营造了良好舆论氛围,从严从实推动专题教育深入开展。
