一、立项背景近年来我国经济快速发展,尤其是沿海地区借助地理位置条件的优越性,各个产业均处于旺盛繁荣的发展阶段;由此直接带动的房地产行业等相关基础建设项目迅猛发展,各大房地产商、知名施工企业均云集于此,建筑行业及相关上下游产业一片兴旺。但由于沿海地区特殊的地质水文情况,建设项目不得不在深基坑支护、降水、基础桩施工阶段投入大量资金,同时由于深基坑支护中常规的内支撑设计,常规方法拆撑时间长,往往与地下室结构施工工期形成相互制约。所以地下室阶段施工经常占到整体施工工期的很大比例,如何把基坑支护设计与结构施工相结
