针对带式输送机在换带过程中存在的作业效率低、安全性差等问题,设计了带式输送机自动换带装置。介绍了该装置基本组成、工作原理以及换带工艺流程,并运用三维建模软件SolidWorks和动力学仿真分析软件RecurDyn,对整个装置的夹紧和行走状态进行了仿真研究,得出了该装置的运动和受力参数,并对这些参数进行了分析,为后期设计提供了理论依据。
In view of the problems of low efficiency and poor safety of belt conveyer during belt changing, the automatic belt changing device of belt conveyer was designed. The basic composition, working principle and process of belt changing are introduced. The three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks and dynamic simulation software RecurDyn are used to simulate the whole device’s clamping and walking conditions. Motion and force parameters, and analyzed these parameters, providing a theoretical basis for the later design.
