对番茄茎叶提取物的喷雾干燥工艺进行探讨,以单因素试验为基础,通过正交试验优化喷雾干燥工艺,确定最佳的喷雾干燥条件为进料流量300 mL/h、总固形物含量15%、麦芽糊精添加比例为1.5∶1、进风温度140℃,其中对喷雾干燥效果影响最大的是进料流量。在上述条件下所得产品抑菌活性损失率为12.3%、出粉率为54.7%。
Spray drying process of tomato stem and leaf extract was discussed. Based on the single factor test, the optimum spray drying process was optimized by orthogonal experiment. The optimum spray drying conditions were as follows: the feed flow rate was 300 mL / h, the total solid content was 15 %, Maltodextrin added ratio of 1.5: 1, inlet air temperature 140 ℃, of which spray drying effect of the greatest impact is the feed flow. Under the above conditions, the antibacterial activity of the resulting product loss rate of 12.3%, the output rate of 54.7%.
