医用内窥镜图像自适应量化压缩编化码方法研究

本文提出了一种与JPEG标准完全兼容的医用内窥镜图像自适应量化压缩编码方法 ,该方法采用二次扫描的措施 ,根据原始图像的频谱分布特点 ,自适应地修正JPEG推荐的量化表。实验结果表明 :该方法较之于标准JPEG图像压缩 ,峰值信噪比 (PSNR)明显提高 ,可在相同压缩比下 ,保持更多的图像细节 ,特别适合于医学图像的压缩。 This paper proposes an adaptive quantification compression coding method for medical endoscope images that is fully compatible with the JPEG standard. This method adopts the measures of the secondary scanning and adaptively corrects the JPEG recommended quantization table according to the spectral distribution characteristics of the original image. The experimental results show that the proposed method can improve peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) significantly compared with standard JPEG image compression, and can maintain more image details at the same compression ratio, which is especially suitable for medical image compression.
