绿色制造工艺规划是实施绿色制造的关键环节,而绿色工艺种类的选择是绿色制造工艺规划的首要内容.在分析了面向绿色制造工艺种类选择的时间、质量、成本、资源消耗和环境影响等5个决策目标的基础上,提出了面向绿色制造的工艺种类选择应遵循的一般性原则,建立了面向绿色制造工艺种类选择的多目标决策数学模型,并应用模糊加权系统方法对模型进行求解.最后,通过某零件毛坯砂型铸造成型工艺种类的选择实例,说明了绿色工艺种类的选择过程.实例分析与求解结果验证了该模型及其求解算法的可行性和实用性.图1,表2,参9.
