随着铁路运输企业发展方式的不断转变,原有内部控制制度的局限性日益明显。基于上述背景,本文从风险管理的角度,借鉴国内外内控理论研究成果,对如何完善铁路运输企业内控体系建设提出相应措施。
With the continuous transformation of the development mode of railway transport enterprises, the limitations of the original internal control system have become increasingly apparent. Based on the above background, this article from the perspective of risk management, drawing on domestic and foreign internal control theoretical research results, and how to improve the internal control system of railway transport enterprises to put forward corresponding measures.
