以上海浦东国际机场路面砼为例,详细介绍了路面砼配合比设计的方法。干硬性砼配合比设计与以往普通砼配合比设计方法有所不同,首先确定集料的理想级配及砂率。由于干硬性砼用水量及水泥用量都较小,均比一般砼少10%—20%,粗集料比例大,这使砼密度得到了提高,同时提高了砼的强度及耐久性;由于干硬性砼干缩性小,因此减少了路面微裂和断板,提高路面运营质量和寿命。
