我院自1989年～1996年收治妊高征312例,其中先兆子痫60例,本文就60例先兆子痫病例的治疗谈一点体会。 1 病例资料 1989年～1996年我院收治妊高征病例312例,其中先兆子痫60例,年龄23～39岁,初产54例,其中初孕31例,妊娠大于37周发病者47例,占78.3％,小于37周发病者13例,占21.7％。诊断标准为:①血压>21.5/14.5kPa,或以基础血压为标准,收缩压升高8kPa以上,舒张压升高4kPa以上;②蛋白尿(++)以上,水肿(++)以上;③或有或无头痛、胸
