对500名隧道工胸部X线片进行了胸廓横径(XY)、主动脉横径(AR+AL)、心脏横径(MR+ML)、主动脉胸部比(AR+AL)/(XY)、心胸比率(MR+ML)/(XY)的测量和计算。结果表明,主动脉胸部比、心胸比率均值与国内男子均值差异均有显著性(P<0.01),提示隧道作业可引起心脏及大血管的形态学改变。
Thoracic transverse diameter (XY), aortic diameter (AR + AL), heart diameter (MR + ML), aorta thoracic ratio (AR + AL) , Cardiothoracic ratio (MR + ML) / (XY) measurements and calculations. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the aorta thoracic ratio, the ratio of cardiothoracic ratio and the average of men in China (P <0.01), suggesting that the tunnel operation may cause the morphological changes of the heart and large blood vessels.
