以流化床燃煤固硫渣为骨料,水泥为胶凝剂,添加一定量的碱激发剂制备透水砖。设计正交试验研究了固硫渣骨料级配、水泥和碱激发剂用量及成型压力对透水砖性能的影响,优化透水砖的配方和工艺参数。利用X射线衍(XRD)射仪和扫描电镜(SEM)对固硫渣及碱激发水化产物的微观结构进行了分析。结果表明,当10目、20目、60目固硫渣骨料级配为1:1:1,水泥用量35%(质量分数),碱激发剂添加量4%(质量分数),在1.5 MPa压力下成型、室温养护7 d制备出的成品,抗压强度达32 MPa,透水系数为1.3×10-2 cm/s,满足JC/T945-2005《透水砖》相关要求,为固硫渣的综合利用提供了一条新途径。
With fluidized bed coal-fired desulfurization slag as aggregate, cement as a gelling agent, adding a certain amount of alkali activator to prepare a permeable brick.
