聚四氟乙烯(纯F_4)具有良好的自润滑性,但其耐摩,抗压性能差,还有不粘,冷流等缺点。于是,人们就用增强、复合方法使纯F_4进行改性成为自润滑轴承材料。如填充F_4就是以铜、玻纤、石墨等填料来增强纯F_4,用作轴承材料;氟塑料金属就是F_4与金属(铜、铅、钢)的复合轴承材料。我所近年来研制的聚四氟乙烯自润滑垫层(F_4垫层)是一种新型的、性能优异的自润滑轴承材料。它是以F_4钎维为基础的织物,用此织物作为轴承内衬(称为F_4纤维轴承)或用作导轨滑头等摩擦件表面贴层,以达到耐摩和自润滑的目的。它的巧妙结构充分发挥了F_4的自润滑性,克服了F_4的不粘性和冷流现象,保证了纤维轴承有相当高的抗压强度和耐摩性。
PTFE (pure F_4) has good self-lubricating, but its resistance to friction, compression performance is poor, there are non-stick, cold flow and other shortcomings. I developed in recent years, PTFE self-lubricating cushion (F_4 cushion) is a new type of high performance self-lubricating bearing material. It is based on F_4 brazing fabric, using this fabric as a bearing lining (called F_4 fiber bearing) or as a sliding rail friction surface coating to achieve the purpose of friction and self-lubricating. Its clever structure gives full play to the self-lubricating F_4, to overcome the non-stick F_4 and cold flow phenomenon, to ensure that the fiber bearing a very high compressive strength and abrasion resistance.
