对激光熔覆修复表面带铬层的TC2钛合金构件进行了研究。结果表明,熔覆修复层的显微组织从界面往上依次由平面晶、细晶层和中部细小的树枝晶构成,主要元素Ni和Cr在截面内均匀分布,原有Cr层与熔覆层内的Cr元素呈连续状,构件修复区以外的铬层与基体的结合未受激光熔覆的影响。熔覆层具有较高的平均硬度,其中双层熔覆的修复层具有较小的过渡区,其参数组合是比较适宜的。
The laser cladded TC2 titanium alloy with chrome layer was studied. The results show that the microstructure of the cladding layer consists of plane crystal, fine crystal and fine dendrite in the middle. The main elements Ni and Cr are uniformly distributed in the cross section. The original Cr layer and the cladding The Cr element is continuous, and the combination of the chromium layer and the substrate outside the repaired area of the component is not affected by the laser cladding. The cladding layer has a higher average hardness, and the cladding layer of the two-layer cladding has a smaller transition area, and the parameter combination is more suitable.
