采用低压聚乙烯镶边垫底的粉末样品压片制样,AXIOS型X射线荧光光谱仪测定化探样品中的钴。重点研究了高含量CAO化探样品中在测定钴元素时干扰的消除问题。使用经验系数法校正基体效应。经GBW07108岩石标准物质和GBW07408土壤标准物质验证,方法的结果与推荐值相吻合,其它大于5%CAO试样的测定与ICPS法测量结果一致。准确度能满足多目标地球化学调查样品的分析要求。

Focus on the CAO geochemical samples of high concentrations of cobalt in the determination of interference to eliminate the problem. Use empirical coefficient method to correct the matrix effect.
