利用苯甲酯和二甲亚砜在氢化钠的存在下发生缩合反应 ,通过Pummerer重排生成α 羰基—硫代半缩醛 .α 羰基—硫代半缩醛具有两个亲电中心 ,利用它和含有两个氨基的化合物氨基脲、氨基硫脲反应合成了一类新型的连二硫酸酯化合物 .其结构经红外、核磁、质谱和元素分析得到了证实 .此类化合物的合成对于丰富有机硫化学的基本理论、开辟合成含氮杂环化合物的新方法 ,对于合成新农药、新药物以及氮杂金属配合物都具有重大的意义
