目的:研究并建立了水产品中PCB28,PCB52,PCB101,PCB118,PCB138,PCB153和PCB180 7种能够反映水体污染状况指标性的多氯联苯残留的气相色谱检测法。方法:样品用正己烷超声提取,用硫酸去除杂质,Florisil硅土柱净化,丙酮洗脱,浓缩,外标法定量检测。结果:7种多氯联苯的平均回收率为85.6%~102%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.45%~5.02%,最低检测限为0.1~0.2μg/kg,浓度在1.0~200μg/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数均大于0.9992。结论:该方法简便,高效,稳定,适合实验室分析测定。
OBJECTIVE: To study and establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of seven PCBs, PCB52, PCB101, PCB118, PCB138, PCB153 and PCB180 in aquatic products that can reflect the pollution of water bodies. Methods: The samples were extracted by n-hexane, the impurities were removed by sulfuric acid, cleaned up on Florisil silica column, eluted with acetone, concentrated and detected by external standard method. Results: The average recoveries of seven PCBs ranged from 85.6% to 102% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 3.45% ~ 5.02%, and the lowest detection limits were 0.1 ~ 0.2μg / kg and 1.0 ~ 200μg / L The range is linear, the correlation coefficient is greater than 0.9992. Conclusion: The method is simple, efficient and stable, suitable for laboratory analysis and determination.
