The veteran foreign trade companies that have survived for decades have also sighed: business is hard to do. In the face of this situation, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, in order to manage the order of foreign trade, started with voluntary quotas, and began trial quotas on 13 kinds of export commodities since March of this year.
