随着改革的深化,工资制度的改革势在必行。鞍钢铁东医院子1988年4月进行工资制度的改革,实行了效益结构工资制度。半年来的实践证明,这一改革,体现了按劳分配的原则,理顺了医院内部的分配制度,调动了广大医务人员的积极性,促进了医院的优质服务。我们认为,医院实行效益结构工资制度是可行的。 为深化工资制度的改革,我们根据鞍钢铁东医院的做法,对实行效益结构工资制度,作以下粗浅的探讨。 一、改革工资制度,实行效益结构工资制度的基本原则
With the deepening of reforms, the reform of the wage system is imperative. In April 1988, the East Steel Hospital of Anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. reformed its wage system and implemented a benefit structure wage system. The practice in the past six months has proved that this reform reflects the principle of distribution according to work, straightens out the distribution system within the hospital, mobilizes the enthusiasm of the medical staff, and promotes the hospital’s excellent service. We believe that it is feasible for the hospital to implement a benefit-structured wage system. In order to deepen the reform of the wage system, according to the practice of the Anyang Iron and Steel East Hospital, we will discuss the implementation of the benefit structure wage system as follows.
