蔬菜是人类摄取营养的重要食物来源,也是人们日常生活的基本消费品和农民生产投资的重点项目和增加收入的重要途径。脆嫩、鲜食的要求使其在种植地域、生产季节、质量安全和运转销售上提出了比粮油、果品等其他农产品商品化更具特别复杂性的特点。基于此,通过对河北省秦皇岛市的自然地理、社会经济和生产现状等方面调研,分析了该地区蔬菜安全生产的基本条件,以期为进一步做好蔬菜安全生产工作奠定基础。
Vegetables are an important source of food for mankind to ingest nutrients. They are also important projects in the daily consumption of basic consumer goods and peasants’ investment in production and an important way to increase income. The demand for crisp and fresh food has made it more complex and complex than the commercialization of other agricultural products such as grain, oil, fruit and other crops in the planting areas, production seasons, quality and safety, and sales and marketing. Based on this, through the investigation of the physical geography, social economy and production status quo of Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province, the basic conditions for safe production of vegetables in the region are analyzed in order to lay the foundation for further efforts in safe production of vegetables.
