Deconstructionism is an anti-traditional and anti-rational trend of thought that has taken place against the traditional structuralist linguistics. As one of the founders and representatives, the core deconstructionist view of the French philosopher Jacques Derrida is to eliminate the dualistic opposition advocated by structuralism and to exclude the origin and the center. On the basis of inheriting Derrida’s deconstructionist translation concept, Catherine Davis’s book Deconstructionism and Translation re-considers many theoretical and practical problems in translation based on his research. It is of great help to re-understand Derrida and deconstructionism The impact of translation has some positive significance. However, Davis’s research is still essentially based on Derrida’s theory of eliminating dualism, deconstruction of origin and center, without presenting his new research paradigm and viewpoint, inevitably falling into the vicious circle of phenomenon description and departing from the translation body On the research, with some limitations.
