射线照相检测过程中,焊缝位置主要通过现场人工测量的方法定位,由于定位精度不高往往造成“飞片”现象而多次返工。本文介绍了针对以上问题而设计的检测定位系统,它由简单电子元件组成;通过扩展应用和相关硬件设计,使非铁磁性材料RT检测中焊缝准确定位目的得以实现。试验结果表明:定位器性能稳定,灵敏度高。
Radiographic testing process, the weld position mainly by means of manual measurement of the site positioning, positioning accuracy is often not caused by “flying film” phenomenon and repeatedly rework. In this paper, we introduce the test and positioning system designed for the above problems, which consists of simple electronic components. By extending the application and related hardware design, the purpose of accurately locating the weld in non-ferromagnetic material RT testing can be achieved. The test results show that the positioner has stable performance and high sensitivity.
