用放免法测定２０例蛛网膜下腔出血（ＳＡＨ）患者血浆内皮素（ＥＴ）含量在不同时期及不同病程的动态变化。结果发现ＳＡＨ组１～７天，８～２１及２２～２８天的患者血浆ＥＴ高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１．Ｐ＜０．０５）．且第１周内ＥＴ含量最高，伴有脑血管痉挛者（ＣＶＳ）血浆ＥＴ高于不伴有ＣＶＳ者（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示ＳＡＨ后ＣＶＳ与血浆ＥＴ关系密切，ＥＴ参与ＣＶＳ的病理生理过程。
The radioimmunoassay was used to determine the plasma levels of endothelin (ET) in 20 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) at different periods and different durations. The results showed that plasma ET in SAH group was higher than that in normal control group at 1-7 days, 8-21 and 22-28 days (P <0.01, P <0.05). ET was the highest in the first week, ET in CVS was higher than that in CVS (P <0.01). It is suggested that CVS has a close relationship with plasma ET after SAH. ET participates in the pathophysiological process of CVS.
