What the internet brings to our work and life is by no means just a billboard like a “fourth media” or a “net-gathering force” standing on the side of a road. The real power of the Internet is that the new paradigm it brings deeply penetrates and changes the traditional. The traditional textbook of political economics says that the relations people forms in productive labor are called production relations and that the Internet renews the relations of production while changing the connection between people. Coase’s transaction cost theory tells us that in a market economy, the existence of a company as a portfolio of various sectors exists because of the costs of market transactions. It is more advantageous as a company to operate when working in synergies with the departments of the previous process than it is to buy in the market. Similarly, if the cost of adding a department is more cost-effective than buying on the market, the corresponding market tends to disappear. For enterprises of different sizes and industries, the cost of doing the same thing is often different, which promotes the market segmentation. The reduction of transaction costs on the Internet is ubiquitous when it reaches a certain level
