针对社会就业困难日益突出的矛盾,尝试从社会职业启蒙教育的必要性、教育体系、活动机制、教育启示等方面,开展社会职业启蒙教育的探究。通过动员家长,挖掘社会职业资源,结合实践,注重认知体验过程,让小学生走进社会,能够了解职业的多样性、平等性和良好的职业品质,以期对于学生将来的成长和社会就业起到正确的引导和帮助。
