运用网络调研、体验测试、案例分析、统计归纳等方法对国内图书馆微信的移动信息服务现状进行基本认知,分析其主要服务内容、存在的问题并提出改进的对策与建议。认为其主要提供信息推送、借阅管理、资源检索、在线利用和参考咨询等服务;存在信息推送不连续、在线利用不充分、交流互动不活跃等不足;提出优化信息推送方式、拓展资源服务渠道、发挥微信互动功能等对策建议。
By using the methods of network investigation, experience testing, case analysis and statistical induction, this paper makes a basic cognition of the status quo of WeChat mobile information service in China and analyzes its main service contents and existing problems and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. It considers that it mainly provides such services as information push, loan management, resource retrieval, online utilization and reference consulting; there is not enough information push, online utilization is not enough, Play WeChat interactive features such as countermeasures and suggestions.
