我厂生产的内燃机上有很多锻件,长期以来都是在空气锤或夹板锤上进行胎模锻造。锻模重的有二百多公斤,轻的也有几十公斤。全靠人抬手提,劳动强度大,不安全,远远跟不上生产不断发展的需要。锻工车间职工遵照伟大领袖毛主席关于“独立自主、自力更生”的教导,发扬了敢想敢干的革命精神,大搞技术革新,从而实现了自由锻锤模锻化。从1966年至今七年的使用情况证明效果良好,现简介于下,供同志们参考。一、锻模结构(见图):上下模燕尾和空气锤上下砧燕尾相同,为了节省模具钢和便于调整模具,将模块高度减小,增设一个垫砧,垫砧燕尾槽二侧各放大2
