结合中国1000kV特高压交流试验示范工程的实际情况,提出了一套完整的、适应特高压联络线功率控制的自动发电控制(AGC)控制策略。新的控制策略以各省级电网有功功率的就地平衡为基础,实现互联电网各网、省调控制区在紧急情况下的相互支援,在华北、华中电网及其各省级电网实施后取得了良好的控制效果。在此基础上,针对中国即将形成的华北、华中、华东特高压同步电网的特点,探讨各控制区的构成及相应的AGC控制策略。
Combined with the actual situation of 1000 kV UHV AC pilot demonstration project in China, a complete automatic generation control (AGC) control strategy adapting to the power control of UHV transmission line is proposed. The new control strategy is based on the local power grid active balance at the provincial level to achieve mutual support of all grids and provincial control zones of the interconnected power grids in emergencies and after the implementation of the grids in North China and Central China and their provincial power grids A good control effect. On this basis, in view of the characteristics of UHV synchronous power grids in North China, Huazhong and Huadu to be formed in China, the structure of each control area and the corresponding AGC control strategy are discussed.
