利用MCNP程序模拟研究了管壁腐蚀对γ散射法检测油垢厚度的影响。模拟结果表明缺陷的散射光子的响应要高于油垢对散射光子的响应,管壁腐蚀程度对测垢的影响是有规律的。60Co和137Cs放射源均可以用于对管壁腐蚀厚度的监测,结果显示在缺陷的监测方面,60Co放射源要优于137Cs放射源,在油垢厚度的监测方面137Cs放射源要优于60Co放射源。
The MCNP program was used to simulate the influence of wall corrosion on the thickness of grease stains detected by γ-ray scattering. The simulation results show that the response of the scattered photons to the defect is higher than the response of the grease to the scattered photons. The influence of the corrosion on the scale is regular. Both 60Co and 137Cs radioactive sources can be used to monitor the corrosion wall thickness. The results show that 60Co radioactive sources are superior to 137Cs radioactive sources in the monitoring of defects, and 137Cs radioactive sources are superior to 60Co radioactive sources in the monitoring of grease thickness .
